Inventory Sale: Time to stock up?

We are writing to you today to provide an important update regarding the upcoming changes related to Wisconsin State Law 995.15, which is set to go into effect on September 1st. We want to be open and transparent about what this may mean for us and for you, our community.

As you may know, this new law could impact our ability to sell a number of products, including all of our nicotine disposables, many of our e-liquids, and all hardware. While we are approaching this situation realistically, we also want to assure you that our team has been working tirelessly on your behalf. Our owners are key members of WiscoFAST, a trade organization that has filed a lawsuit against the DOR in Wisconsin with the hope of having the law enjoined and preventing enforcement. This effort, which involves over 100 stores across our state, is a testament to our commitment to keeping the products you rely on available.

The ultimate decision is now in the hands of the judge, and we are eagerly awaiting a ruling. While we are hopeful for a positive outcome, we must also prepare for all possibilities. To this end, we have decided to stop placing additional orders for the affected products and are focused on selling through our current inventory. This is a business decision we've made to avoid being left with a large amount of product that we may be forced to discard.

We want to make sure all of our customers have the opportunity to prepare as well. We currently have a healthy stock, but we are seeing customers bulk up on their favorite items. We would hate for anyone to miss out if they also wish to stock up.

If the ruling does not go in our favor, we want to be clear that we are not closing our doors. The Supply Plus will continue to be here for you. We will still carry a wide range of products, including federally regulated vapor items like Juul, Vuse, Blu, and Njoy, as well as other nicotine products such as pouches, gum, cigars, and tobacco. Additionally, our shelves will remain stocked with our other popular offerings, including hemp-derived THC products, energy drinks, imported snacks, kava, kanna, legal mushrooms, candles, water pipes, clothing, and other accessories.
