Job Title: Retail Sales Associate (Full-Time)
Location: Fond du Lac, WI (Primary) Must be able to travel to Oshkosh and/or Jackson locations as needed.
Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour (Based on Experience) + Incentives

Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Greet every customer, identify their needs, and provide expert recommendations on products.
- Sales: Cross-sell products, explain features/pricing, and meet sales targets.
- Operations: Ensure racks are fully stocked, manage inventory, and process returns.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on new products and industry trends to answer inquiries accurately.
- Teamwork: Coordinate with the Store Manager and team to maintain store profitability and cleanliness.
Schedule:
- Full-Time: 38–40 hours per week.
- Must be available for weekday and weekend shifts.
- Requires flexible availability to work various shifts.
- Includes a comprehensive 4-week training period.
