This Purchase Policy applies to all products ("Products") purchased from The Supply Plus, whether through our website (thesupplyplus.com) or at our physical retail locations. This Purchase Policy is part of, and subject to, our Terms of Use, which include a Binding Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver.
I. PERSONAL USE ONLY
All Products purchased from The Supply Plus are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree that you are not purchasing Products for the purpose of commercial resale or export. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders that we suspect are intended for resale.
II. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

In-Store vs. Online: Prices at our physical retail stores may vary from prices listed on our website. We are under no obligation to match online prices to in-store prices, or vice versa.

Errors: We strive for accuracy, but pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event an item is listed at an incorrect price, The Supply Plus reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.

Taxes: Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, which will be added at the time of purchase based on the location of the transaction.
III. PAYMENT METHODS AND BILLING

Accepted Forms of Payment: We accept Cash, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

No Personal Checks: The Supply Plus does not accept personal checks for any transaction.

Cardholder Verification: You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method submitted. For online orders, your billing information must match the information on file with your financial institution.

Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to accept or refuse any payment in any form, and to cancel or deny service to any customer, at any time, and for any reason.
IV. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION
Receiving an order confirmation (digital or physical) does not signify our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to:

Limit the quantity of items purchased per person or per household.

Require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

Deny service to any individual for conduct that violates our store policies or safety standards.
V. AGE VERIFICATION AND ID POLICY
To comply with Wisconsin and federal regulations regarding the sale of nicotine, hemp, and age-restricted supplements:

The "Under 30" Rule: We require a physical, government-issued photo ID for anyone who appears to be under the age of thirty (30).

VI. CUSTOMER REQUESTS AND SPECIAL ORDERS
If you request that we order a specific Product not currently in our stock:

No Deposit Required: We do not currently require a financial deposit for customer requests.

No Guarantee: A request for a Product does not guarantee that we will be able to source the item or that the price will remain the same by the time it arrives.
VII. SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS (ONLINE ORDERS)
For Products purchased through our website:

Shipping Charges: You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges specified during checkout.

Risk of Loss: Ownership and the risk of loss for Products pass to you immediately upon our delivery of the package to the common carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). We are not responsible for delays, theft, or damage occurring during transit.
VIII. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy.

Consumables: Non-returnable (Food, Hemp, Nicotine, etc.).

Non-Consumables: 30-day window for Store Credit only (must be factory-sealed).

Defects: 30-day window for exchange of same-item or Store Credit.
