TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All customers of the Supply Plus agree that purchase and use of items sold by The Supply Plus are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not shop with The Supply Plus

FRAUD

Purchasing items under false pretenses is illegal. You must be of legal age, 18 or older to purchase items available at any of The Supply Plus locations. The Supply Plus does not tolerate credit card fraud or identity theft and reserves the right to use all resources necessary to locate and press criminal charges against individuals guilty of fraud.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Supply Plus shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials puchased or the performance of the products, even if The Supply Plus has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit thesupplyplus.com, message through social media, or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of The Supply Plus or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

TRADE MARKS

The Supply Plus trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not The Supply Plus's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits The Supply Plus. All other trademarks not owned by The Supply Plus or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by The Supply Plus or its subsidiaries.

RETURN/EXCHANGE

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The Supply Plus does not accept any returns or exchanges on product unless defective. An item with a cosmetic default is not considered defective. If product is defective and you require a return or exchange please contact us via email at support@thesupplyplus.com or in-person to speak with a Sales Representative directly. Any return or exchange requests must be made within 10 days with proof of purchase. The Supply Plus reserves the right to deny any return/exchange requests.

Disposable Units: Returns and/or exchanges on Disposable Units are not accepted due to the nature of these products. Any devices deemed non-functioning upon arrival must be reported at the time of sale on premises to the sales agent. The Supply Plus accepts no liability for these units and may not gaurantee a replacement. All Disposable Units are sold with factory seals in tact.

Factory Wrappers: The Supply Plus also maintains physical retail locations in the State of Wisconsin. Due to the nature of physical sales, some items may be sold without the factory seal, all items are new and unused regardless of seal condition. If you feel the need to only receive factory sealed items, a representative can assist with verifying sealed stock for you. Packages that are sold without factory seal do not qualify for return as agreed upon by purchasing.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, The Supply Plus shall have the right to refuse or cancel any sale of the product listed at the incorrect price. The Supply Plus has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, The Supply Plus shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The Supply Plus and the materials and products found in any of our retail locations are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, The Supply Plus disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The Supply Plus does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

USE OF SITE

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including The Supply Plus or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, EMAILS, AND OTHER CONTENT

Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content: and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." LITHIUM ION BATTERY WARNING

CAUTION: when working with Li-ion cells, they are very sensitive to charging characteristics and may explode if mishandled. User should have enough knowledge on Li-Ion rechargeable batteries in charging, discharging, and assembly before use. Charge and store the batteries in fire-proof container. Never leave batteries unattended when charging or while in use. Do not put batteries on wood surface or carpet when charging. Make sure to charge in Fire-Proof container. Do not use chargers purchased outside of The Supply Plus to charge batteries purchased from The Supply Plus. Doing so may cause damage to the battery and malfunctions which can cause serious injuries. We are not responsible for damage of any modification to the batteries in form or shape. We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or mishandling of these Li-Ion batteries.

LEGAL PSYCHEDLIC PRODUCTS: Purchase of Legal Psychedelic Products from The Supply Plus is voluntary and purchasing and consuming products is entirely at ones own risk. Individuals purchasing these products are aware of the risks associated with them, which may include, but are not limited to: physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability(including paralysis), economic or emotional loss, and death. Individuals purchasing these products understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise from their own or others' negligence, conditions related to travel to or from the purchase location(s).
