Welcome to The Supply Plus ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and physical retail locations (collectively, the "Sites"). By accessing our website or entering/purchasing from our retail stores, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, you may not access or otherwise use any of the Sites.

I. AGE RESTRICTIONS The Services and the products offered are intended solely for adult users. You must be at least 18 years of age to access the Site, enter our retail locations, or purchase products. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all age requirements under Wisconsin and federal law.

II. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE The Supply Plus is a retailer, not a healthcare provider. Our staff are not healthcare professionals. Any information provided via the Site or by in-store staff is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.   • Arbitration: You and The Supply Plus agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our Services, or products shall be settled by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

  • Class Action Waiver: YOU AND THE SUPPLY PLUS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

V. USER ACCOUNTS & IN-STORE CONDUCT

  • Accounts: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your digital account credentials.

  • Store Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service, remove individuals from our premises, or terminate accounts for conduct that is unlawful, disruptive, or violates our safety policies.

VI. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Supply Plus or its suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES OUR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE SUPPLY PLUS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY WISCONSIN LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE SUPPLY PLUS FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Winnebago County, Wisconsin.

11. SEVERABILITY If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
