Rewards Program

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW The Supply Plus Rewards Program (the "Program") is a loyalty program offered by The Supply Plus ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to reward our customers. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Rewards Terms & Conditions, as well as our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
2. ELIGIBILITY

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to participate in the Program.

Personal Use Only: Membership is limited to individuals for personal use only. Corporations, groups, or commercial entities are not eligible.

Account Limit: Only one (1) Rewards account is permitted per person/phone number.
3. ENROLLMENT & DATA INTEGRATION Customers may enroll in-store at the register or through our website. To provide a seamless experience across our physical and digital storefronts, your account and points data are synchronized across our integrated platforms, including Lightspeed, Shopify, TapMango, Marsello, and Umbrella.

By enrolling, you consent to the sharing of your transaction history and identifiers (name, phone, email) between these platforms for the purpose of managing your rewards.
4. EARNING POINTS

Qualification: Points are earned on the purchase price of qualifying products, excluding sales tax, shipping charges, or any portion of a purchase paid for with store credit or rewards points.

Excluded Items: Certain items, including but not limited to clearance products and specific "as-is" items, may be excluded from earning points at our sole discretion.

Calculation: Points are typically earned at a rate of "1"/"one" point per $1.00 spent. We reserve the right to change the earning rate at any time without prior notice.
5. REDEEMING REWARDS

No Cash Value: Rewards points have no cash value and are not "property." Points cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given for a purchase made with a reward.

Redemption Limits: Rewards may not be combined with certain other promotions, discounts, or coupons unless explicitly stated.

Non-Transferable: Points and rewards are non-transferable and cannot be combined across multiple accounts.
6. RETURNS AND ADJUSTMENTS

Return Impact: If an item is returned for Store Credit (per our Return Policy), the points earned on the original transaction will be deducted from your Rewards account balance.

Negative Balances: If you have already redeemed points from a purchase that is later returned, your account may result in a negative points balance.
7. EXPIRATION & INACTIVITY Points earned in The Supply Plus Rewards Program will expire 12 months after the date of the last qualifying purchase. If no purchase is made on your account for 12 consecutive months, your entire points balance will be forfeited.
8. COMMUNICATIONS (SMS & EMAIL) By joining the Program, you agree to receive transactional and marketing communications from us via email and/or SMS/text message.

Opt-Out: You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time by following the "Unsubscribe" link in emails or replying "STOP" to SMS messages. Opting out of marketing may limit your ability to receive notification of exclusive "Rewards Member Only" offers.
9. AUDIT, MODIFICATION, AND TERMINATION

Changes: The Supply Plus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or any part of it, at any time for any reason without prior notice. This includes changes to point values, reward tiers, and expiration dates.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the account of any member who we believe is abusing the Program, falsifying their age, or violating our Terms of Use.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Participation in the Program is at your own risk. The Supply Plus is not responsible for points lost due to technical errors between our third-party platforms (TapMango, Marsello, Shopify, Umbrella, Lightspeed).
