Returns Policy

1. ALL SALES FINAL To ensure the health and safety of our customers and the integrity of our inventory, The Supply Plus operates under an "All Sales Final" policy. We do not offer cash, credit card, or mobile payment refunds. All eligible returns are issued via Store Credit only.

2. CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS (NON-RETURNABLE) To maintain strict sanitary and safety standards, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once they have left the premises:

  • Hemp-Derived Products: CBD, THCA, Delta-8, and all other cannabinoids.

  • Nicotine & Tobacco: E-liquids, disposable vapes, and traditional tobacco.

  • Ingestibles: All food, beverages, supplements, and vitamins.

  • Expiring Goods: Any product with a manufacturer-designated "Best By" or expiration date. These items cannot be restocked for resale; therefore, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for these products under any circumstances, unless a verified Manufacturer Defect is present.

3. NON-CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS Factory-sealed, non-consumable products (e.g., hardware, devices, apparel, or unopened accessories) may be returned for Store Credit only under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: The return must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Condition: The product must be in its original, factory-sealed, and untampered packaging.

  • Exclusion: Opened or used non-consumable products are ineligible for return or exchange unless a verified Manufacturer Defect exists.

4. MANUFACTURER DEFECTS If a product (consumable or non-consumable) is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, it will be exchanged for the exact same product. If the product is no longer in stock, Store Credit will be issued.

  • Verification: All defects must be verified by a The Supply Plus staff member.

  • Definition: A "defect" refers to a mechanical, electronic, or chemical failure (e.g., a dead battery or a leaking factory seal).

  • Exclusions: Manufacturer defects do not include "buyer’s remorse," personal flavor preferences, or dissatisfaction with the perceived effects of a product.

5. CLEARANCE AND "AS-IS" ITEMS All products purchased on clearance or at a discount are sold "AS-IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." These items are strictly ineligible for return, exchange, or store credit, regardless of their condition or any perceived defect.

6. PROOF OF PURCHASE An original physical or digital receipt is strictly required for all returns, exchanges, or defect claims. We cannot process any return without a verifiable proof of purchase.

7. ABUSE OF POLICY The Supply Plus reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange to any customer we suspect is abusing the policy or engaging in fraudulent activity.
